Stephen is an Advisor within A2CO’s Technology Department, bringing extensive regulatory experience and industry insight to the firm. Before joining A2CO, he spent seven years with the Malta Gaming Authority, where he held various roles within both the Compliance and Authorisations departments. This experience gave him a deep understanding of licensing processes, regulatory frameworks, and supervisory practices within the gaming industry.

Stephen holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business and IT from the University of Malta and is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA). He is also an MGA-approved Lead Auditor, reflecting his strong professional credentials and commitment to upholding the highest regulatory standards.
