Digital Marketing Executive
An opportunity has arisen for a Digital Marketing Executive to join A2CO’s growing and dynamic Marketing team.
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will help strengthen A2CO’s digital presence, support the execution of lead-generation campaigns and contribute to the continued development of the firm’s marketing function.
The role is suited to a hands-on and commercially minded digital marketer who is comfortable working across paid advertising, website management, social media, content and marketing analytics.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage, monitor and optimise paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Meta Ads, including campaign planning, audience targeting, testing and performance optimisation.
- Set up, maintain and troubleshoot tracking through Google Tag Manager, ensuring accurate conversion tracking across advertising platforms, website forms, landing pages and other lead-generation touchpoints.
- Monitor campaign and website performance through Google Analytics 4 and relevant advertising platforms, and prepare clear reports on leads, conversions, cost per lead and other key performance indicators.
- Support the development and optimisation of campaign landing pages, ensuring that forms, tracking and conversion actions are implemented correctly.
- Manage and update the A2CO website through WordPress, including uploading, formatting and publishing service pages, articles, landing pages and other.
- Support the planning and management of A2CO’s social media channels.
- Conduct market, competitor and prospect research, and assist with lead-generation, prospect-list building and outbound marketing initiatives when required.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure that marketing projects are delivered accurately and on time.
- Keep up to date with developments in digital advertising, analytics, artificial intelligence and marketing technology.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Around 2 years’ experience in a digital marketing, performance marketing or similar role.
- Experience working within a B2B environment, ideally in corporate services, professional services, financial services, technology, regulatory services or another complex service-based sector.
- Hands-on experience managing and optimising paid campaigns through Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
- Working knowledge of Meta Ads Manager.
- Practical experience using Google Tag Manager.
- Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, including the ability to set up, test and troubleshoot website and advertising conversion events.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 to monitor website and campaign performance.
- Experience working with WordPress websites.
- A good understanding of digital marketing funnels, landing pages and lead-generation campaigns.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Maltese.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when working with campaign settings, website content, tracking and reporting.
- A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of assigned projects.
- An interest in emerging marketing technologies and a willingness to learn how artificial intelligence and automation can improve marketing activities.
The Following Will Be Considered an Asset
- Experience with X Ads or other paid social advertising platforms.
- Experience with SEO, keyword research and on-page website optimisation.
- Familiarity with Google Search Console.
- Experience using CRM platforms and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automated email campaigns.
- Experience creating campaign landing pages and improving conversion rates.
- Experience with outbound marketing, prospect research, list building and lead enrichment.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator or similar prospecting tools.
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools to support content creation, research, reporting or campaign management.
- Basic graphic design, image editing or video editing skills.
