Chanel Borg began her career as an Accounts Apprentice, where she completed a two-year apprenticeship and built a strong foundation in accounting principles and practices. She then advanced to the role of Junior Accounts Associate for one and a half years before being promoted to Accounts Associate, a position she held for just over a year and a half.

In June 2021, Chanel joined A2CO as an Accounts Semi-Senior, bringing with her a growing expertise in financial management and client service. After three years and seven months in this role, she was promoted to Senior Accountant in recognition of her commitment, attention to detail, and professional growth.

Throughout her career, Chanel has worked with clients across multiple sectors, including retail, gaming, pharmaceuticals, plant protection products, technology, the public sector, and hospitality. At A2CO, she manages the full accounting cycle from posting transactions and closing accounts to preparing VAT returns, VAT recapitulative statements, and payroll while overseeing audits and ensuring that clients’ needs are met efficiently.

Chanel holds a Diploma in Business and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting, and is currently advancing her studies toward the ACCA qualification.
