Stephanie Bianco is a Senior Tax Manager at A2CO, specialising in tax advisory with a focus on restructuring processes, succession planning, business acquisitions, and international taxation. She began her career in the tax department immediately after graduating from the University of Malta and has since built extensive experience across both tax compliance and advisory functions.

Starting out within the tax compliance team, Stephanie developed a strong technical foundation in Maltese tax legislation and reporting. Over the years, she advanced into a senior advisory role, where she now assists clients with complex tax planning and structuring matters, ensuring compliance while identifying opportunities for optimisation.

Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) degree from the University of Malta, as well as a Diploma in Taxation and a Diploma in VAT.
