Oliver Zammit is a Certified Public Accountant and Partner at A2CO. He is a member of the Malta Institute of Taxation and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Honours) and a Master in Financial Services from the University of Malta. He is currently reading for a Board Director Diploma with the Institute for Management Development in Switzerland.

Oliver is a registered auditor with the Malta Gaming Authority and regularly leads systems and compliance audit engagements for licensed gaming companies.

Before joining A2CO, Oliver served as Director and later Partner at a top-tier international firm, where he led the Tax and International Client Services department. He has extensive experience advising clients in the gaming and financial services sectors. He also held roles as Chief Financial Officer for a listed Swedish company and as Senior Advisor at a legal and corporate services firm. In these positions, he advised on immigration, corporate and tax structures, fintech, gaming and the licencing of businesses operating in regulated industries.

At A2CO, Oliver assists clients with corporate and licencing processes in regulated sectors and advises on relocation and employment matters in Malta.
