Desmond Pace Hili is an AML Support Officer at A2CO, where he assists the AML and Compliance function through client screening, jurisdictional risk assessments, and ongoing regulatory monitoring. He joined the company in 2023, bringing a strong background in both compliance and investment management.

Alongside his role at A2CO, Desmond serves as Deputy CEO and Investment Committee Member within the asset management industry. In this capacity he contributes to portfolio strategy and investment decisions, blending academic research with practical investment management. His expertise focuses on developing effective asset allocation strategies and portfolio management techniques.

Desmond has published two research papers in a respected academic journal, exploring investment strategies and simulation modelling. He holds a Doctorate in Business Administration from the University of Murcia and a Master of Science in Banking and Finance from the University of Malta. His analytical mindset and academic grounding enhance A2CO’s compliance and governance capabilities.
