Antoinette Scerri is a founding partner at A2CO and a seasoned tax advisor with over 15 years of experience in both direct and indirect taxation. She graduated with a Bachelor of Accountancy Honours Degree from the University of Malta in 2007 and went on to complete specialised training at the International Tax Centre at the University of Leiden in the Netherlands. She also holds a Diploma in VAT Compliance and a Diploma in Taxation.

Throughout her career, Antoinette has advised local and international clients across a range of industries, including hospitality, gaming, financial services, and fintech. Her work focuses on tax consultancy, corporate group restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and guiding multinational companies as they establish a presence in Malta.

As a partner at A2CO, Antoinette continues to lead on tax advisory and compliance matters. She is a member of the Malta Institute of Taxation and the Malta Institute of Financial Services Practitioners.
